Privacy Policy — Trawlrise — Natura Digitalis

Short version: The game creates no account of its own and stores your progress on your device. To keep it free, it offers rewarded video ads (Google AdMob) that you choose to watch; if you buy gems, Google Play Billing handles the payment; and if you choose to sign in, Google Play Games powers cloud save, achievements and leaderboards. These third parties process limited technical data such as an advertising identifier, device information, and purchase tokens. We never see or store your payment card details. In the EEA and UK you're asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice at any time.

MB Natura Tubs is a company registered in Lithuania, registration number 306734107, registered address Prancūzų 77-11, Kaunas, 44427, Lithuania.

We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Trawlrise mobile game.

We ourselves do not receive, store, or have access to any of the third-party data above, and we never see your payment card details. We see only standard, aggregated sales and installation figures from Google Play. Trawlrise contains no analytics SDK, and we operate no server of our own.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Trawlrise shows no banners and no interstitials. The only advertising is rewarded video, which appears solely when you tap a button asking for it — to boost sale prices for a while, to temporarily expand your warehouse, or to skip ahead a stretch of fishing. Nothing interrupts play, and the entire game can be completed without ever watching one.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use an advertising identifier and device data to serve and measure them.

Consent (EEA/UK). The first time you play in a region that requires it, a Google-certified consent form (the User Messaging Platform) asks whether you agree to personalised ads. If you decline, the rewarded videos still work, but the ads shown are non-personalised. You can change your choice at any time from the game's settings, and manage or reset your advertising ID in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Google's handling of ad data is governed by the Google Advertising and Google Privacy policies.

4. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

Trawlrise offers optional gem packs — a premium currency used only for cosmetics such as boat skins. Gems can also be earned by playing, through milestones. Prestige points, upgrades and progression are never for sale.

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. When you buy a pack, Google handles the payment and provides the app with a purchase token and receipt so your gems can be delivered; the game keeps a local record of the transaction on your device.

We do not receive or store your payment card number or billing details — those are handled entirely by Google. Your purchase and payment are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Refunds are handled through Google Play.

5. Google Play Games Services and cloud save

Achievements, leaderboards and cloud save use Google Play Games Services. All of it is optional and only active if you choose to sign in. When you do, Google associates your Play Games profile with your achievement progress and scores for this game, and stores a copy of your save file in your own Google account so your progress can follow you to a new device.

That saved copy contains only game state — coins, boats, upgrades, your logbook and settings. It contains no personal information beyond what Google already associates with your account. It is managed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy, and you can delete it from your Google account at any time.

You can play the entire game, and still unlock achievements locally, without ever signing in.

6. What we do not collect

We do not ask for, or collect, your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
Trawlrise has no account system of its own, no chat, no friends list and no user-generated content.
We do not collect precise location.
We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named above.
Trawlrise contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

7. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Consent — personalised advertising in the EEA and UK, and any use of Google Play Games including cloud save. You give it freely and can withdraw it at any time.
Performance of a contract — processing a purchase you have asked to make, and delivering the game itself.
Legitimate interests — showing non-personalised ads and preventing ad fraud, so the game can remain free.

8. Children

Trawlrise is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Where a store's family policies apply, advertising is served in a manner appropriate to a mixed audience. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us and we will help you have it removed from the relevant service.

9. International data transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards Google puts in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

10. How long data is kept

On your device — until you delete the game or clear its data.
Cloud save — until you delete it from your Google account, or delete the game's data through Play Games.
Advertising and purchase data — retained by Google according to its own retention policies; we hold none of it ourselves.

11. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we hold no personal data about you ourselves, most requests are best directed to Google, which acts as controller for the advertising, purchase and Play Games data described above. We will help you where we can.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how Trawlrise handles data — for example by adding a service — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the game's update notes.
